If we cancel a trip for operational reasons, you will receive a full refund of payments made to us.

If cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, political unrest), refunds will be made after deducting non-recoverable expenses already paid to third parties (e.g., flights, permits, hotels).

You may postpone, pre-pone, reschedule, or transfer your booking (to another person) by written request at least 20 days before departure, subject to availability and third-party terms. A fee of USD 200 per person applies. The client is responsible for finding a replacement traveler for transfers.

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after written confirmation of cancellation. Bank transfer or gateway fees and currency conversion costs may be deducted. If payment/refund involves currency conversion, NRB's applicable rate on the processing date will be used.

Flights, permits, visa fees, insurance premiums, and prepaid hotels or services already purchased are non-refundable.

If a client fails to complete the trip for any reason (including illness, voluntary exit, or removal for misconduct), unused services are non-refundable.

Upon request, we can provide receipts and official letters to support legitimate insurance claims for cancellations, delays, or evacuations.

Please review this policy carefully before making your booking. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
